The Obvious Reason Why You Are Still Fat

In this article you won't find any secrets of sexy weight loss methods that are promoted by the fitness gurus. Instead I will share with you the obvious reasons why you and hundreds of millions of people from all over the world are overweight.

Weight gain reason number #1: Energy Surplus.

The main reason why you've got belly fat, the main reason why you've got flabby arms and the main reason why you struggle to fit into your favourite jeans is simply because over years you've been giving your body more energy than it actually needs.

We get the energy from the foods that we eat and this energy comes in a form of calories. Over years you've been consuming way too many calories which created energy surplus. This excess energy later on was transformed into fat and is now stored throughout your whole body.

I know that this doesn't sound sexy, but that is the reality. You ate too much and as a result of that your body fat levels have increased dramatically.

Weight gain reason number #2: Lack of physical activity.

Another obvious reason why people gain fat is because they don't exercise enough. You need to use the energy that you get from the foods that you eat otherwise that energy will become stored in a form of fat. If you aren't physically active then no wonder that you are looking for solution on how to lose weight and look when I say that you need to exercise more I don't mean that you need to go to the gym and start pumping iron.

That would be nice, but that didn't work. Extreme approaches to fitness don't work because they leave the person burned out and demotivated.

All you need to do is to simply move more. Go out in the park or wake up a little bit earlier and walk or even jog around your neighbourhood. Try to get out of your daily routine and do something new, do something that will allow you to improve your being, do something that will allow you to look and feel healthy.

Here's a list of some simple things you can do to burn more calories:
SwimmingWalkingCyclingDancingStanding instead of sitting in front of your computer (for this you would need to arrange the height of your workstation by putting some books under your laptop or buying a stand-up desk which is a more expensive option)
