Fruits. One of the diet foods that I really love are fruits. If you have a sweet tooth, resorting to them will do you know harm as long as you only eat small portions of them. You can even combine them with waffles, oatmeal, cereal and yogurt. Vitamins and minerals are also present in them so they help give proper nutrition and nourishment to the body.
