You can choose to provide the best answers like "I watch what I eat", "I go to the gym", I don't eat meat" and all the best answers one can ever give. But it still boils down to one question, how do you really take care of your health?

Being informed is very important - You don't just jump from an unfamiliar physical activity or a diet regimen you're not accustomed with to be healthy. Get enough sleep - To effectively take care of your health, you should never underestimate the value of getting enough sleep. When a person has a complete 8-hour sleep, his whole body functions properly. He doesn't create a way for diseases to intrude. Instead, he opens his door to becoming healthy day by day. As an end result, he lives a healthy, happy and long life.
Live a worry free life. - Do you know that too much stress can lead to death? Yes, you read it right! A life filled with worries is a life closest to negative things - illnesses, failure, stress, death. Your health is connected to how you live your life. Living in worries results to poor health. But if you give yourself the chance to take all your problems and concerns out of your life, you're doing yourself a big favor - lengthening your life span.
Take some breather - Experience and travel the world! You deserve it! Notice that the healthiest of people are those who travel more, those who don't lock themselves constantly at home and those who yearn to experience life outside. So get out of your comfort zone and take some breather. Go out of town with your family, out of the country with your friends, or even a simple lunch date will do. It's never too late!
