To add to your plan of how to diet successfully, you ought to be doing regular exercise, based upon your reason for dieting. There are those of us who don't need to lose weight, after all! If you are trying to lose weight, swimming is an ideal exercise because there is no impact upon the joints. This means that you are not hitting anything as you exercise, you are floating and pushing against the water, as opposed to running where the balls of your feet are hitting the ground, not that running isn't an excellent form of exercise.
