It needs sleep in order to provide you energy for the next day. A good sleep at night is very important. You must sleep anywhere between six to eight hours in the night every day.

Another thing you need to do is to eat less during the night. At night, your body will burn calories at an incredibly slow pace. Your body won't burn down anything that you eat at night. If you want to lose weight faster, stop eating big meals in the night and eat big meals in the morning or noon. '
