A Middle-Aged Woman Discovers How to Lose Fat

It had been well over a year that Nancy was experimenting with different diet programs, but nothing seemed to help her lose weight. Every time she lost a pound, it just came back a few days later with a vengeance. Nancy also tried running every day to lose fat, but that did nothing productive for her body. She has a few friends who tried diet pills, but they all claimed that the pills were useless scams.

After Nancy's doctor gave her quite a scare, he wrote her a prescription for HCG Injections to lose fat. She even got the application downloaded onto her cell phone for instant access.

After finding the right diet plan to lose fat, Nancy never felt hungry. Every morning before breakfast, she drank a cup of warm water with a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. Surprisingly, she quite enjoyed the taste. When it came to eating breakfast, Nancy sautéed 2 tablespoons of onion in water, and then added two egg whites, along with a dash of seasoned salt without sugar. A couple of hours later, Nancy snacked on her favorite fruit, a small granny smith apple.

For lunch, Nancy fed herself a huge chunk of iceberg lettuce, along with 3 ounces of skinless chicken. She simply dropped a bit of lemon juice onto the meat to supply flavor. For her mid-afternoon snack, Nancy enjoyed a piece of Melba toast, and washed it down with tea sweetened by Stevia, rather than sugar.

When it came time to eat dinner, Nancy enjoyed 3 ounces of steak, tilapia or chicken. She always mixed the meat with a vegetable, like asparagus, broccoli, green beans or tomato. Whenever she desired a late night snack, Nancy depended on another piece of Melba toast, along with either blueberry or peach flavored tea.

Nancy was very successful at losing fat in only one month. She relied on HCG Injections, while always remembering to eat smart, and drinking 8 glasses of water throughout the day. Once you depend on the right HCG diet to lose fat, you can start slimming down in no time
