Another interesting realization that really misplaced things is what we assumed about calorie intakes. While lowering calorie intakes makes us lose weight, we definitely will never be able to preserve such low-calorie diets for long. Having only low calories into our digestive system means having low energy and feeling hungry at all times.

Foods that triggers insulin response is making us gain weight, and diabetes at a whole lot worse. This calls for hormonal imbalances that make our bodies save foods inside as fat. We all want to burn off them for energy, not save them.

Many surely feel distressed in their sad little crusades in controlling their weight. Yet there are those who can eat everything they wanted, and they still never seem to obtain weight. The 'fat gene' is what is at work here.
