Don't skip your breakfast just because someone else told you. Do your research. Skipping your breakfast is fatal to your weight loss success. Your body will burn fat faster earlier in the day. Therefore, have the biggest meal you can in the morning and then reduce the quantity of food you eat during lunch and dinner. Eat as little as possible during night and go to bed. Late night eating is going to be fatal for your weight loss success.
