It's best to stick to low fat proteins, natural starchy carbs (brown rice, couscous, potatoes), healthy fats and loads of fresh veg. And always have your fruit with your meals and not on its own. Eating 6 small meals will also give you better results.

3. Exercise is a must

Losing body fat will take much more than just following a healthy diet. The truth is that you will need to get a form of regular exercise in. While cardio and weight training are best for losing fat, any type of movement will also help. And another important thing is that you will need to either find exercise that you like or find a way to like the exercise you do more. Yoga is also a great exercise for toning the middle and helping you to relax.
