Take a 30, 60 or 90 Day Challenge and Commit to Your Health

Taking a 30, or 60 or 90 day health and/or fitness challenge has changed a lot of people's lives. It is a great lifestyle change that you can use to lose weight or just maintain your weight and continue to live a healthy lifestyle. There are low cost methods of taking a challenge or high cost if it involves changing your diet, or starting on a new nutritional supplement. For some people, spending a lot of money is just not their cup of tea. There are many "get fit" shakes and weight loss products that are out there that people can invest their money in. I have tried a lot of different types of products and they all produce great results. You just need to find something that you like and that other people are doing so that you can keep each other accountable.

I know people that are in great shape and just want to maintain their weight / fitness by taking meal replacement shakes that are high in nutritional value. Most people that drink shakes complain that they taste horrible. Taking a 30, 60 or 90 day challenge is a belief, a lifestyle change that asks you, "Can you take x amount of days of your life to commit to something?" You can commit to other products or your own weight loss regime for x amount of days and still have a challenge, it is entirely up to you. My opinion is that you can do choose a variety of challenges. Maybe taking a meal replacement shake for breakfast to lower your calories or starting to exercise for 30 minutes, 3 times per week, or both. In the whole scheme of things, if you do decide to take a meal replacement shake as part of your program, then make sure it tastes good.

Are you easily motivated and can you commit? Because you have to stay motivated and want to do this because it is easy to start a diet and then fade easily. There is, however, an advantage to taking challenges that involve a lot of people because is that there are so many others that are there to keep you accountable and vice versa.

A 30, 60 or 90 day challenge to yourself is more than weight loss or getting in shape or a product to take. It is about changing your lifestyle, being accountable to others, staying motivated and reaching a goal. Many others have accomplished feats like this and so can you.
