- Get eight hour of sleep, so your body can recover overnight.

- Always make plan for a time to workout for at least 30 minute of intense abs work out. Like situp running fast, push up, leg raise, bicycle kick, etc, for 3 min each rest 30 second or 60 second.

- Monitor your progress on a weekly basis. Focus on the way you look in the mirror, your weight on the scales, the way your clothes fit around your waist and your strength levels in the gym.

To lose belly fat, eating right and exercising regularly needs to become a habit, not just something you do when you can be bothered or when you have the time.
