Are you struggling to lose weight, do you want me to share a little secret with you? I have found that you can do any combination of things to help you too lose weight. As I was trying to lose weight I found that there are many things you can do from eating fewer carbohydrates, and higher proteins to High impact aerobic exercise; it all works! A balanced combination of these things will help start your weight loss, but it may not be enough. I found that these things worked for a while then I hit a plateau and my weight loss stopped and I couldn't figure out why.

I realized that the key to good healthy weight loss is to eat a well balanced diet. You want to eat foods rich in vitamins and minerals. Green vegetables are full of nutrients and are extremely good for you. You need to make sure that you get enough fresh fruit in your diet as well. Poultry and Fish is another good food choice in helping you to lose weight, as well as eating foods that are high in fiber and whole grains.

Do not deprive your self, if you start craving something then eat it; in moderation of course! There is a good possibility that there is something in that food that your body needs. Listen to your body, it will tell you what it does and doesn't need.

You want to make sure that you are not starving your self as you're trying to lose weight; you want to make sure that you are getting enough calories so your body doesn't start to store everything that you eat. Instead of eating three big meals a day, spread your meals out and eat six small meals a day. This is a good way to keep your metabolism working all day long.

I now carry a small bag of raw almonds around with me and if I start feeling a little hungry between meals I will chew on a small handful and drink a glass of water. It keeps you satisfied and it is also good for you. Black and green tea is good for your digestive system, and I have found that a cup of coffee helps you to feel satisfied in the morning. You need to eat something within the first hour you are up in the morning, it doesn't matter if it is just a banana; you need to eat something.

I have found when it comes to exercise, that you can not continue to do the same thing every day. Switch it up. If you are going to do cardio aerobics, you need to get your heart beat up and keep it up for 30 minutes. If you do the same thing everyday your body will get used it and you will get to the point were it doesn't work any longer. Walking and swimming are very good forms of exercise, you want to work out for forty five minutes a day at least five days a week. You can lose weight by just changing your eating habits, but the true key to weight loss and a healthy life is regular exercise.

Little changes, that extra bit of effort to make your diet work, it really is the Easiest Way to Lose Weight in the long term. If you hit a plateau, just switch things up and try something different and you'll soon be Losing Weight Fast.
