Lose Belly Fat Effectively: Get Flat Six-Pack Abs and a Lean Stomach

In this article, I am going to share with you on the best three techniques to get rid of stubborn stomach fat and to gain that flat six pack abs that everyone desire.

Technique #1: While exercise plays an important role when it comes to losing belly fat so that you can see your abs, having the right diet plays an even more important role. However, very often we are being flooded with false and contradicting information about which food is deemed to be healthy and which is not. And eventually, we become more confused about how to choose the right fat loss meal.

So to help you get started, my advice is to go for diets that are as natural and unprocessed as possible. Over processing of foods are indirectly unhealthy and could bring harm to metabolism and hormone balance in the body. For example, go for whole grains rather than refined grains, take natural sources of sugar from fruit rather than refined sugar, eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat rather than highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils. Also, try to avoid food that promotes only one macronutrient at a time like "extremely low carbs", "low fat", "super high protein" as our body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidantsand etc.

Technique #2: Always emphasize on the intensity of workout when engaged in any exercise to trigger muscle growth. Try on workout that has high intensity with short rest periods such as the super set style of workout program for 3-4 days/week for 45-60 minutes but never be more than 60 minutes as it can trigger excess catabolism!

You may want to start off with the combination of opposing the upper and lower body movement patterns that don't interfere with each other such as squat and pullups as a superset or bench press coupled with deadlifts as a superset to maximize the intensity that you can train. This is the main elements of almost any effective workout. As soon as you begin these workouts regularly, you may begin to experience significant muscle mass gains.

Technique #3: Avoid crunches and situps if you want an abs training that reaps real result as these two workouts provide the least amount of resistance that are required to develop and tone muscle.

It is best to focus on increasing body metabolic rate in order to lower down our body fat percentage i.e. focus on working on the largest muscle group of the body as a whole rather than a cluster of muscle to maximize body metabolic response to break down stubborn fat. So, do try out various forms of swings and snatches, squats, deadlifts, lunges, step-ups, clean & presses, mountain climbers, sprinting, and other full body exercises and calisthenics!

I hope you will find these three techniques informative enough to help you stay lean and fit! For more cutting-edge training and nutritional articles feel free to visit
